Standard Shipping (Within Pakistan)

  • Delivery Time: Typically 3–5 business days from dispatch to major cities like Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad; remote areas may take slightly longer.

  • Cost:

    • Free on orders over PKR 5,000

    • For orders valued under PKR 5,000, a nominal shipping charge applies (e.g., PKR 250), which will be calculated at checkout.

  • Tracking: Every order includes real-time tracking—details will be shared via email once dispatched.

Express or Special Services (Optional)

  • Should you require faster delivery, we offer express shipping at an additional fee. Availability and rates will be provided during checkout or upon request.

  • Delivery Guarantee: While we strive to meet promised timelines, please be aware that unforeseen events (e.g., weather, logistics delays) may impact delivery.

4. Payment & Order Confirmation

  • Payment Options:

    • Cash on Delivery (COD) available nationwide

    • Secure online payments via credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) (if enabled)

  • Order Confirmation:
    You’ll receive an email once your order is placed, including details of your purchase.

5. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once dispatched, we’ll send you an email (and optionally an SMS) containing:

    • Courier name & tracking number

    • A link to monitor the shipment status

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • Reporting Timeline: Contact us within 48 hours of estimated delivery if your package is lost or arrives damaged.

  • Resolution: Provide your order number and, if applicable, photos of the damage. We will work quickly to arrange a replacement or refund.

7. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

  • Return Window: You may initiate a return within 7 days of delivery, only if the item is unused and undamaged Prima Facie.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  • Exchange Policy: Upon receiving the returned item, we will dispatch your exchange item promptly, subject to availability.

  • Refunds: If you prefer a refund, it will be processed via the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

8. International Shipping

Currently, we exclusively ship within Pakistan. International shipping (outside Pakistan) is not available at this time.
